Connection Issues

  • 1. Ensure your internet connection is active. 2. Go to Settings → Apps → SafeVia VPN → Permissions and ensure all are granted. 3. Try switching to a different server. 4. In SafeVia, open Settings → Advanced → Clear Cache, then retry. 5. Restart your device and try again. 6. If the issue persists, clear app cache in Android Settings → Apps → SafeVia VPN → Storage → Clear Cache.

  • 1. Enable 'Auto Reconnect' in SafeVia Settings. 2. Disable Battery Optimization for SafeVia: Android Settings → Apps → SafeVia VPN → Battery → Unrestricted. 3. Check that 'Kill Switch' is enabled to prevent data leaks during drops. 4. Try a server closer to your location for a more stable connection. 5. If on mobile data, move to a stronger signal area.

  • 1. Open the side menu and tap 'Upgrade to Premium'. 2. Choose your preferred plan (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime). 3. Complete the purchase through Google Play. 4. Your premium features will activate immediately. 5. Premium unlocks all servers, faster speeds, and priority support.

  • 1. Open Google Play Store. 2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. 3. Find 'SafeVia VPN' and tap 'Cancel subscription'. 4. Follow the prompts to confirm. 5. You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your billing period.

  • 1. Wait a few minutes — activation can take time. 2. Close and reopen SafeVia. 3. Go to Account in the side menu to check your status. 4. Ensure you're signed in with the same Google account used for purchase. 5. If still not working, contact us with your purchase receipt.

How to and General Info

  • A VPN encrypts your internet connection, protecting your privacy and security online. It hides your IP address, secures your data on public Wi-Fi, and allows you to access geo-restricted content. SafeVia VPN ensures your online activities remain private and secure.

  • 1. Select your preferred server from the top bar or server selection screen. 2. Tap the large connect button to establish a secure connection. 3. Once connected, all traffic is encrypted through our servers. 4. The ring turns green and shows 'Protected' when connected. 5. Tap again to disconnect.

  • Split Tunnel lets you choose which apps bypass the VPN. This is useful for banking apps or local services. 1. Open the side menu. 2. Enable Split Tunnel toggle. 3. Tap 'Choose apps'. 4. Select the apps you want to exclude from VPN. 5. Tap 'Apply Selection'.

  • Kill Switch blocks all internet traffic if the VPN connection drops unexpectedly. This prevents your real IP and data from being exposed. Enable it in Settings → Kill Switch. Recommended for users who need maximum privacy.

  • Auto Server Selection connects you to the best server based on your location and network. It considers ping, server load, and distance to provide optimal speed and reliability. Use the star icon in the server list to auto-select.

  • 1. Use Auto Select to connect to the nearest server. 2. Confirm Settings → Protocol is WireGuard (only supported protocol). 3. Close bandwidth-heavy apps. 4. Disable Split Tunnel temporarily. 5. Try different servers if one is congested. 6. Check your base internet speed.
